Northern Cine World – Ticket Purchase Terms & Policy Agreement
By purchasing a ticket for any screening at Northern Cine World, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Event Modifications & Cancellations – Northern Cine World reserves the right to modify showtimes, replace movies, or cancel screenings due to technical issues, low ticket sales, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the case of cancellations initiated by Northern Cine World, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund or credit at our sole discretion.

2. Entry & Conduct
2.1. Arrival & Seating – Ticket holders must arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals may not be granted entry or may be seated at management’s discretion.
2.2. No Reserved Seating – Seating is first-come, first-served, unless otherwise stated. Saving seats for others is not permitted.
2.3. Behavioral Expectations – Any disruptive behavior, including excessive talking, phone usage, or disrespecting staff and other patrons, may result in removal without a refund.
2.4. Theatre Capacity & Safety – Northern Cine World operates under strict capacity limits. Admittance is subject to space availability, and standing in aisles or blocking exits is prohibited.

3. Liability & Disclaimers
3.1. Assumption of Risk – By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with attending a public event, including but not limited to health risks, accidents, or injuries.

3.4. Personal Belongings – Patrons are responsible for their own belongings. Northern Cine World is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

4. Food & Beverages
4.1. Outside Food & Drinks Prohibited – No outside food, beverages, or alcohol are allowed inside the theatre.
4.2. Allergy Disclaimer – Food sold at Northern Cine World may contain allergens. Patrons with food allergies must exercise caution, as Northern Cine World is not responsible for allergic reactions.

5. Recording & Copyright Protection
5.1. Recording Prohibited – Any form of video or audio recording inside the theatre is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed without a refund and may face legal action.
